The University of Nottingham Innovation Park (UNIP) is a thriving science and innovation community that is home to over 40 businesses and organisations.

UNIP offers flexible office space and is situated just outside central Nottingham, where businesses and the University of Nottingham spin-out companies can collaborate with the University on research projects in addition to utilising the talent of students and graduates. 

As a growing and ever expanding subsidiary of the University of Nottingham, UNIP’s aim is to encourage innovation and enterprise by providing a bridge between the corporate and academic worlds.
